Nope, they're crazy slim in a 32. Haven't measured, but the hem's about 7". I've barely taken them off since buying them. Cotton poly, cheapish gap construction, but they're soft and cozy and I really like the way they look. I will be wearing them in springtime, cuffed with CPs and a toj.
