The jacket's far too casual for the shoes.
The jeans are probably too, but I wore black dress-shoes with white jeans just some week ago so I won't say anything about that

i think the shoes are too formal for the jacket (and the rest of the outfit)

a less shiny boot/shoe would be great

Also, Bene this jacket is awesome. Great fit as well. I would just go for an off-white shirt.

Benesyed it is the Uniqlo Dry Easy Jacket from this spring. The shoes are black derbies but I wish they were more blobby or something. Is there a way to polish them to cut down on the shine?
