Funny you should say that because I ordered the babylon too and they were too slim in the thighs, but the raskan have a slight drop and roomy thighs that taper down to like 7.75" on a size 6 (I'm a true 34). The waistband is elastic so I think a size 6 would be good for a 32~35. Really awesome pants though, need more SS

bows is a pretty great example of someone who looks comfortable in their own skin. totally one of those guys who can pull tons of stuff off without missing a beat or looking out of place.

Re family and fashion: my younger bro (senior in high school now) has been into raw denim since his freshman year, put him on early. Now he's gone from NIke SB's and denim to more of a basic Americana wardrobe. Redwings, 3sixteen, Tanner Goods, etc. Complete opposite of what I'm into now but I went through a similar phase as well. Pretty cool for him to understand all this stuff and be able to talk about it. Hopefully my youngest brother and younger sister follow the same route
