I agree with you in concept but I don't think bows looks like that. The width of the thighs, atleast on how the jeans fit, looks only marginally wider than the calves.

EDIT: Just scientifically measured it by putting my tape measure up to my screen, its like 2cm widest at the thigh and then slightly under 1.5 cm at the slimmest at the thigh. Dont think thats too fat of a triangle.

Which is what is pretty normal and i think aesthetic. The DH and RH style skinny leg dominance of slim fit is over-rated.

No, the stacks on his jeans just look bad and don't seem to go with the shoes.  He'd look fine in better jeans with a similar cut and different boots.

I think the point is that you shouldn't see the definition of the thigh muscles in skinny jeans. Then it has a kind of spandex look. So either don't have big thighs or size up to where they aren't bursting out of the jeans. That's my 2 cents for what I think looks good.

I agree that Bows crosses the line slightly in those, but it's not terrible.

My thigh muscles show whenever I wear slim pants and I'm alright with that.

Eh. I threw my NS into the wash and they never stretched back out to the same as they were before.

Ya know, the black velvet jacket + white shirt + black shoes suggestion is not a bad one, actually. Too bad the one you linked is sold out, but I'm going to keep this idea in mind...

bows you should get s001's and taper slightly. the taper on t000's too extreme IMO.

dunno what the problem is. there isn't a ton of stacks until they reach the knees.

I wear this during holiday party season (come to think of it, that's tomorrow), only I go with black/white Glenplaid pants

The universe of great looking gray overcoats is surprisingly small.
