Truth be told, if you had the dough to blow on all designer everything, you would. You're on a a fashion forum, don't kid yourself.

 

have you read any of his other posts? there's a whole lot of context to be taken in along with that post.

the fit was bad but ronnel's reasoning was way off. and melon, dude could've been wearing $600 gucci khakis or whatever and the fit wouldn't have been changed all that much. maybe the dude doesn't have enough money to have a fleshed out baller wardrobe but really likes those sneakers so he got them and wore them with the other clothes he has. criticize the end result based on the end result and not how much it cost to get to it.

edit: I realize that it could be construed that I was saying that the poster's items worked together, but I wasn't – it was a hypothetical answer to an ronnel's question.

Yes, I would. And most of my stuff is designer, though not as status as yours. I don't see how this is relevant? Nobody is saying designer is bad.
