^What are you trying to accomplish? Sweater and jeans with oxfords at work and then to the bar afterwards? I think you need to better define the line that separates dressing in your office, and chilling with friends.

7.5" hem is not aggressive taper at all. I think as you said it is being exaggerated by your mirror shot and more so, the inseam causing stacking upon a pair of shoes meant entirely for suit trousers. Or at the very least a pair of pants that has been hemmed. For raw denim I don't think you're suppose to get them altered after several wears and cycles in the washer (6+ months?).

Get some boots, gray, black, olive--I prefer suede at the moment. Why a pair of brown oxfords? You think it will look any better with the outfit you posted? IF you want brown, perhaps look into those jodhpurs that were recently posted in Recent Purchases - II instead. You can ask cyc wid it

Naw, I just need some brown oxfords, lol. Okay cool, I'll look into boots in those colors for sure. Thanks for the advice, this is what I've been looking for for a while now.

Any recommendation for black/grey boots?

Posts like brads/jet and co take away from this site in my opinion, I wore different shit in the past.. Lacoste, Armani Exchange, Banana Republic until I educated myself. I wont call someone a plebe (hate that fucking word) for wearing something less and I am surprised when a poster refers to their clothes as plebe/previous level. I get hate.. I get this and its all good, but I dislike fits all the time - mostly the thumbed up ones but I don't say shit and move on. I wear an expensive brand because I can and makes what I want, going around thinking I am better because I do jokingly or not sounds pretty dumb. This fashion shit should not be taken so seriously
And no sane person gets mad at words on a screen, but my opinion is my opinion and I don't apologize for anything nod[1].gif

FWIW, I like the juxtaposition of simlar shades of the same color.

What season is the white (viscose?) sweater from?

These last few pages have been enlightening.

gettoasty learned that perspective exists.

We all learned that jet's penis might be made out of equal signs.

Fascinating stuff.

Each equal sign is 1 cm, so 12 is about 4.7 inches, pimpin.
