Ivwri- nice. are those suspenders hanging by your sides?
I just wish EG blazers wouldn't have such wonky proportions. Judging by the last couple of EG seasonal threads, I'm not the only who struggling with the new fit of slimmer shoulders and chests with a boxy body. The present day Bedford in a large fits me well in the body, but the shoulders and chest are such that I would have to hope no one ever wanted to shake my hand when I wore it.

lightweight grey wool bedford in large is on my instakop list.

(if anyone has one please sell me)

Looks good dude

Thanks man. I do have a few tapered pants (particularly from the Spring 2008 YYPH collection) and wear them from time to time hehe.

Thanks and good to see you on this side of the wall. Hope you are taking the time to get a tan while you are over here? biggrin.gif

Those are indeed suspenders hanging down. They are a set with the pants and are attached to them by buttons on the front and the back. I tend to wear them hanging down like on the runway because I like the way it looks, but I do wear them up from time to time.

hey, rocking those pants I sold you, how do you like them?
like them a lot. very, very comfy. a little big/slouchy, but that's a nice change up from what I usually wear.
yeah, that's amplified by the weight of the fabric, that's kind of why i sold them.

looks like the inseam worked out for you too.. I had them hemmed even.
Gellers really do stretch so much in the waist, mine went from like 16" across to 17.5"

Other than that, fit is great. Should I just toss them in the wash and dry em to shrink?
I wouldn't wash them.. the fabric is so weird.. I imagine it will fade and lose shape.

handwash and lay to dry I think.. .

What I was thinking too, the tag says something about an unusual dyeing process they use, mine are the strange grey/purpleish Ash ones, so who knows
