Parker, I think that looks great. The right side of skater.

Fuuma, that's also excellent. Damn. The colors are wonderful, and the cut on the pants looks incredible as well.

laugh.gif ouch! portlandia is awesome.

I have worn this with a yohji military jacket on top looks better. . i think this is missing a tougher masculine element to offset the softer stuff. just too hot for anything today and working at home.

"Cross-dressing" is cool.

Personally I'd have preferred a looser-hanging tank, but I'm just not a huge fan of tight tanks.

Yea parker, definitely didn't mean any offense as you're one of the nicest dudes on there, but this fit is just too over the line for my tastes lol

I'm not fluent enough in Yohji aesthetic to comment, but IMO that fit is dripping with F-U swagger, and the fitted black tank (along with the hair) gives it a certain toughness / dissoluteness / heavy metal association that would be defeated by a looser tee or another layer, either of which could push it into middle aged lesbian territory.

He could've made a better choice of words, but I don't quite think this is fair.

It's pretty close-minded to say everyone wearing hakamas looks like they're crossdressing. I'm not saying my fit was that good or bragging, but you only have to go over to the yyph thread to see tons of great fits with them.

Yeah I didn't use the best wording, but with a few exceptions it usually ends up looking like a maxi skirt.  I guess maybe the leg separation is more obvious IRL but still.

I appreciate people trying more esoteric looks, so no hate intended, I just think this is one that's not working for a lot of you guys.

Hey man... quit bragging.
