Pretty much this. But it would also be nice to have a pair of black leather derbys to mix things up. Probably more of a want than a need I guess.

I don't think the vans are bad, just not what I would wear, I think they work well with the fit. Docs would work even better though, IMO.

oh, and the only $$$ shoes i think would look better than the vans for tworks fits would be maybe some plain yuk mocs in a light color so they get dirty and beat to shit. or ripple sole vibergs but they are $$$$$
