I can't tell whether the fabric is broadcloth or oxford, but if it's the former, you'll def have to switch it out for a rougher fabric to go with everything else. Otherwise, this is a great look. Nice proportions.

I don't think that fabric is the only reason that the fit seems to clash. I think that the shape and cut of the shirt is also responsible for the dissonance. The curved hemline, as well as the placket (are the bottom buttons covered?), seem more in line with minamalist aesthetics than the earthyness of the pants and shoes. I think that if the pants and shoes were blue/grey/black that the fit would be much better than it already is.

Thanks all for the feedback.

Edit: Oops read wrongly. There are no hidden buttons, the buttons are visible all the way through the placket. Just a bad picture, my bad.

What size hem do your jeans have when you tuck? Does the hem usually stay in place?

So many good or great outfits ruined by bulbous high-top sneakers. I say that as someone who likes how a lot of high tops look in stock photos and can dole out credit when they look good "in the wild."

At least with a short sleeve shirt it's impossible for the sleeves to be too long.

Pretty much all my jeans are 6.5", those might be smaller but I don't think so.
They don't go anywhere with my bballs. Achilles can be troublesome though

yeah, Bowery. not a bad cut, but kinda cheap construction. best if you get them on sale.. don't think they're worth it at retail.

thx dude. yeah, navy shirt is cool for when you want a dark block without too much color or going to black.
