Or you could consider black to be every color, since it absorbs all light across the spectrum and reflects none.

If you did that, though, you'd have to consider green to be anti-green, or everything but green, for example, so maybe not so much.
Yeah, the new deck is nice, but I'm waiting for the landlord to fix the stairs up to the roof deck. They make a bunch of different models, some oversized and some less so. This is a small.

however, I agree black is great. as clothing it can be very dramatic, striking, elegant, etc. it can also be dingy and depressing.

Stop it with the polos. Get some simple white tees. Rest of the fit is nice, though jeans could use some work. Way too much (and ugly) stacking.

Not really keen on the top half, but dig the bottom half. Is that jacket kind of bulky, or just boxy?

thanks y'all. Jacket's a little boxy, I'm rather slim underneath (sup ColaBear). Will work on getting better polos. Jean stacks still need to settle, but may hem them at some point.

Pants are too dark for the jacket. Outfit is still pretty good but the combo is a little off.
