I've come from 135 at 6'2 to 151...feel bigger and healthier and clothes fit me better. Aiming for 170 to look more muscular, plus im really enjoying working out and eating better.

To get opinions about the vest, it's pretty old and I'm not sure about it.
I don't wear it usually.
