I've found very small differences in gains by taking in anything more than 100 I know fuckers taking in 200 and its complete overkill Also I've kinda reached the size i want working on strength now not volume doing super low rep (1-3) sets(5-7) in order to promote myofibrillar hypertrophy and avoid any sarcoplasmic swelling.  The amount of protein required to increase strength is not as much as is required for volume gains.

Hoozah I highly suggest you do. It's always veryyyy suprising to all my buddies when I really make them write down what all they eat. Especially the ones who workout and 'swear' they take in all this protein when in reality it's barely busting 100g. Do it for 2-3 days to get an accurate gauge and don't 'not eat what you usually eat'.
Oh yeah, for sure, I know......it's just crazy to me. I want it to slow down, food bills are killinggggg me every week.

You don't have to get technical with me, I know my shit too. I think it's complete overkill though and too many people try to overanalyze working out. Lift hard, eat right and sleep well and you'll get the results you want. Tying your nutrition and certain rep schemes in is just icing on the cake. (Not insinuating you do) but the majority of guys that are always trying to change stuff are the ones who don't have enough discipline to even stay with a diet/routine for more than a week which is absurd to try and expect results in that short of time.

This is WAYWT though, so I'll gladly continue this convo in the Health & Body forum. Don't want to keep saturating a clothing thread with nutrition and fitness stuff.

Eason- I think clen is notoriously overrated, ESPECIALLY for guys. A good ECA stack is way better, internally and externally speaking IMO.

Lionheart Biker, where we lived before, we had a friend from BA...he and his wife were tango masters.  They had an asado in their backyard, where there was almost an entire cow on the grill (parisha, not parilla, but parisha hahaha)....he had all the strange cuts including the chinchulines...which were disgusting if I am honest...he also had the tongue, ubres, tripa gorda, mollejas (moshejas, hahhaaha) and the lungs...as well as the tiras, the vacio, the lomo, and everything else...they put everything on the parilla and then covered with newspaper...which made me think these people are mental, but I think they said that if the newspaper caught fire, the parilla was too hot!...and grilled everything for half the day while they ate empanadas non-stop and drunk themselves stupid....and then it was meat time!  All the meat cuts were insanely delicious, plus that asado cooking technique made everything cut like butter!  It was some of the best meat I have eaten anywhere actually, I must have eaten 50,000 calories that day...but as I said, the chinchulines were awful (like plastic and tasted very weird in a nasty way) and I didn't dare try the ubres...I draw the line unlike you Argentines hahahha...

They didn't have any of the sausages...I didn't know they were part of an asado (I thought asado was just eveyrthing that comes from a cow, eyeballs and all!)....I have morcillas in the fridge now actually, as well as Cabreras cheese...we raided an Asturiano deli last week....it'll be fabada day probably this Saturday, for another 50,000 or so calories...

There's 2 colours on a pretty neutral base. Doesn't seem avant garde to me.

I like it a lot.

Also, I don't get how people find APK to be abrasive.
