<1600 cals? Lol.

You wanna cut you gotta do it right <1600 per day NET not counting exercise so if you run and burn 200 cals then add 200 cals to eat

also you wanna eat >100g protein 20-25g of Fiber and <30g of refined sugars plus all of you vitamins and micronutrients potassium is a tough one so grab a banana a day

Cycle that for 3 weeks with 1 week of back to 1600 again <2000 all other restraints ceteris paribus

Do that twice you might even get the ultimate hagg 2%crackup[1].gif

APK I think you should post fits. You are quite vocal about a lot of stuff, but you are really starting to become the fritzl of SWD.

I take in almost 4k cals a day to MAINTAIN. Idk how some of you guys can not only keep your muscle at less than 2k cals a day, much less WORK OUT as well. Hell, my girl is like 5'6 120, pretty damn lean and she takes in over 2k a day to stay steady as well. She shreds a lot throughout the day though, she's a mother f'ng cardio machine.

I'm curious to know how much I take in.. I don't eat much.

(even though this is WAYWT, lmao this thread has gotten off track)

Hoozah I highly suggest you do. It's always veryyyy suprising to all my buddies when I really make them write down what all they eat. Especially the ones who workout and 'swear' they take in all this protein when in reality they're barely busting 100g. Do it for 2-3 days to get an accurate gauge and don't 'not eat what you usually eat'.

I think they both look great in that pic.

I've found very small differences in gains by taking in anything more than 100 I know fuckers taking in 200 and its complete overkill Also I've kinda reached the size i want working on strength now not volume doing super low rep (1-3) sets(5-7) in order to promote myofibrillar hypertrophy and avoid any sarcoplasmic swelling.  The amount of protein required to increase strength is not as much as is required for volume gains.

You don't have to get technical with me, I know my shit too. I think it's complete overkill though and too many people try to overanalyze working out. Lift hard, eat right and sleep well and you'll get the results you want. Tying your nutrition and certain rep schemes in is just icing on the cake. (Not insinuating you do) but the majority of guys that are always trying to change stuff are the ones who don't have enough discipline to even stay with a diet/routine for more than a week which is absurd to try and expect results in that short of time.

This is WAYWT though, so I'll gladly continue this convo in the Health & Body forum. Don't want to keep saturating a clothing thread with nutrition and fitness stuff.

Eason- I think clen is notoriously overrated, ESPECIALLY for guys. A good ECA stack is way better, internally and externally speaking IMO.
