also you wanna eat >100g protein 20-25g of Fiber and <30g of refined sugars plus all of you vitamins and micronutrients potassium is a tough one so grab a banana a day
Cycle that for 3 weeks with 1 week of back to 1600 again <2000 all other restraints ceteris paribus
