You could work something out with a different jacket (less hardware, maybe a different shade) and diff shoes. I have a white Rick Owens summer jacket that could sorta work with sweatpants, a tank top and white sneakers.

I agree that the leather looks out of place with everything else, but I think all-black Jack Purcells would at least help.

I have other jackets that work with the pants and normally I like the filthy vans but I was kind of unsure with this whole thing - bit of an experiment. They're not sweat pants, though, they're more of a - jeez, I don't even know what kind of weave it is, very close it looks like a bunch of rings woven together, like a chainmail chino or something.

Yeah I thought so as well, but from what I remember, they looked narrower. Will take another look.

Sub the BD for a v-neck or u-neck and the vans for something else and it works.

Sup trahspile.

If you're trying to jock synth's steeze the thing that makes his fits 3/4 length pants work is that the blazer he wears is unstructured and a bit long, so everything is a bit slouchy. If you had a leather jacket that slouched a bit more + a loose fitting v-/u neck i could see it working but as of now it's not

Yeah, might be slightly narrower and with a lower shaft but still as close as you can currently (well, soon!) get hehe. Will definitely let you know if I happen to spot the aw01 ones.

The shoulders on his blazer are in fact very structured.

I've seen two looks from him with that blazer. The first one was a casual look (jeans, shirt, side-zips?, if I remember) and the one a couple pages back was all about dat drape.

Both would be better if his blazer was completely unstructured and unlined, imo.

@trafficjam: what are the pants?

As for shoes, I'm guessing some gnarly looking high-tops might not be a bad idea. MMM or KVA maybe?
