I am truly confused. Never in my entire life (before or after discovering SF) would I consider that even remotely okay. Reminds me of when I was 5 years old and my Mother dressed me in a navy kids snow suit. I also had my mittens on an elastic band that went through my sleeves behind my back, so I wouldn't lose them. That would be some steez right there, you should buy some.

I will stop commenting in this thread the second one of the moderators tells me. However, I'm simply expressing my opinions without personally insulting anyone. You're the one that makes it personal every time. I have no idea why.

Then perhaps you shouldn't lament not living in NYC if such an outfit offends your sensibilities.

your opinions are stupid and nobody wants to hear them. you might know a lot about how to dress for a boring job, but your comments make it clear that you have no idea about contemporary casual men's fashion. you dislike things out of ignorance and have no appreciation for things outside your narrow, boring aesthetic, and, even worse, you came in here to pick a fight because you got pissy that nobody bought into your stupid objective fashion judgements.

I never really noticed people dressed like that in NYC when I was there several times. I'm sure some were in winter, but I'd easily dismiss that as a necessity to stay warm. As a conscious fashion choice though... not so much.

I'm referring more to moo than you. We've already established he doesn't care for the SW&D-favored looks or most of the SW&D regulars. The majority of his posts in SW&D seemed aim to bait others into pointless spats. It's clear he enjoys trolling the forum and then uses the old "haters gonna hate" standby when someone obliges his baiting tactics.

I don't really understand why you're over here, either. Not because you're an "MC guy," but because it seems you have no real intention of better understanding why some looks here are favored. They don't fit the MC box of acceptable attire and they're not going to, so if you can't accept that (and so far, it seems as though you cannot), then you shouldn't even bother wasting your time here.

I like some of the looks. I dislike others. And despite my having a little fun over here (yes, it's kind of trolling, but to a minor extent, and I apologize for that), I'm soaking up the few reasons people gave for liking certain aesthetics. I doubt I'll even start liking most of the outfits here, but at least I might start understanding what people find in them. The latest fit, for example, is very confusing to me. Looks like a generic kid wearing oversized jeans/sweat-pants with an ill-fitting parka. I simply cannot understand what others found good about it. Maybe someone will care to elaborate?

I already said that was a joke post mocking the whole SW&D vs MC debate over at the MC side. I've posted plenty of fits, I'm sure you can find better ones if you really try.
For the 100th time, please stop trying to insult or discredit me, I really don't give a damn.
