Hooooooly shit.

When did Hagg post that godawful crap.

It goes hand-in-hand with my well-tailored suits, my love of classical music and ragtime piano, my knowledge of Latin, my 8-cylinder Lexus. I makes me cool, interesting, and stylish,

This is the worst thing I have ever read. Seriously though where did this come from?

snowmanxl, you are being very quiet...what about you?

What are the coffee accoutrements like on your kitchen countertop?

we have a simple bialetti espresso maker. no jura or gaggia for us.
i usually go out for coffee/espresso. they make it pretty well, the americanos have the ring around the inner part of the cup.
Another test: if the espresso makes you sneeze, its a good espresso teacha.gif

Snowman : A pic for in you RFT re: espresso

I also have a bialetti, quite a useful little device. It sits next to a french press and a small pot I use for arab/greco-ottoman coffee as a nice way to end a nite on weekends.

Have you read the fucking book? The point was that there is no non-lame version of Patrick Bateman.

You are higher up the social ladder than us :(

We have a cafeteria also, but it's not Bialetti...it's some cheap knockoff Lady Miran picked up in the Treviso market...the rubber gasket has burned/melted/busted also...now it's spewing everywhere when used, spills and there is a mess on the stove and the bottom of the cafeteria...

And an old jezve, of course...

wtf is an Americano?

And no, not just Gaggia...the true people of quality have German technology...not Italian garbage...they have Krups.

But dibango, Patrick Bateman's played Genesis albums (the ones just after they had peaked)...he is a critic and analyses the songs from the perspective of where they were in their careers and what they were trying to do with their music...CDHagg enjoys "classical" music and ragtime...he produces music himself like some common minstrel....Patrick Bateman makes it a point to learn no foreign language...because he is an American and its the duty of every non-American to learn American English...CD Hagg speaks Latin...I just hope he's not training for the priesthood...

an americano is just a watered down version of an espresso smile.gif
post #64095 of 117668
But you can get an americano and sip it for a while because there's more of it; espresso is so small it's gone in a moment. In the morning I like an americano.
