This was the best I could do with the self-timer. Need more practice to be in-frame.

There are only three types of molecules that are used for life functions in the body: sugars, lipids (fat), and proteins.  Sugars are the building blocks of carbohydrates, and the more complex the carbohydrate, the better (the sugar molecules take longer to be digested and absorbed by your body).  You definitely need carbs, but they should be complex carbs (whole grains and stuff).  You also need protein, not necessarily as an energy source, but to provide the amino acids that your body needs to function.  Lipids need to be in there somwhere, but only in moderation - and they should be mono-unsaturated fats, not poly-saturated.

 

Basically, just eat a balanced and natural diet.
