Thanks, me too. Maybe if you add your voice to those clamoring for its return in the TOJ thread, Drew will bow to the weight of the overwhelming cacophony and re-release it.

Synth those are so nice I thought they were pre-distressed at first glance..icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif what cut are they? PS or NC??

I cannot believe this 15 post discussion on how to make a shirt fit. Shirts are the easiest things in the world to get tailored - even a vaguely competent tailor can do it for you. Get a shirt that fits in the shoulders (and neck if you're going to wear it closed) and everything else can be taken in to your liking/comfort. That's everything one needs to know.

Oh... And don't dunk selective parts of a cotton shirt in boiling water. What works for knits doesn't work for shirts.

it's lilldavid from sufu. He's styling on 95% of people posting in this thread. I mean, your opinion might be a little off base if you have CDHagg cosigning you.

lol at how mediocre-to-bad this looks and how much better it would be with shoes that didn't radiate shittiness.

Back of the collar should already be adhering pretty well to your neck when worn open though, they almost always fuck it up in movies. I have to admit I am not much of a stickler for details with shirts though, I don't give much of a fuck as long as the fit is decent and the collar looks fine with two buttons undone.

Does everyone who hates basic NB models also hate chucks, basic nikes, rod lavers, vans, etc.? They're shoes designed for sports that have become normal casualwear; I understand (really, I do) why people think they're ugly, but I don't understand why one brand gets singled out for becoming more popular in the same way that other arguably ugly sneakers have become popular.

(Also, really sorry to keep this discussion going, but I'm really curious)

What I take away from SW&D is that it's populated younger people dressing in a perceived fashion-based idiom, outside of their actual personality. People like SVB and parker are dressing, in my opinion, directly within their personality and work environment and, as such, can move out of SW&D and into here.

teger jumped in sometime after this. recommended reading.

I don't know if it's because there's no discussion or because I sub-consciously filter out the bad fits in SW&D but the sufu waywt tends to be pretty mediocre-to-bad overall.

i really, really hate and have always hated chucks, tigers (ugh), stan smiths / rod lavers / superstars / sambas

I do kind of like jack purcells though shog[1].gif and I like a lot of old Nikes like I can see that the cortez is due for a revival, which is probably happening anyway and I just can't see it. I like classic sauconys a REAL lot, would probably have those if i didn't have the NB thing

I'll never be able to dissociate Cortezes from cholos, so... yeah, not for me.
