kgmessier: I always think you can stand to go up a size with your shirts. They usually look like they'd be unwearable if you added a couple of pounds. Too many folks get caught up on the "perfect fit" that they err on the small side and end up with some George Costanza steeze.

Interesting point. I feel like the shirt fits well as is, and going up a size would cause it to hang too low off my shoulders. Is it that third picture in the collage? The way I'm sitting makes it look like I've got a gut, which I don't.

Oh Good Lord...you did go overboard with the weed yesterday, didn't you?  I didn't want to mention it then, but you were coughing, weren't you, when taking that psychedelic album cover fit pic yesterday?  Well, ManOfKent...this is what happens to your mind on drugs...you totally lose it the next day...

The dishevelled untucked shirt in a dirty colour says tramp...the coat screams tramp...you should have deliberately oversized on the shoes, to give the impression you stole those...I am told there is a line of Frédéric Malle cologne with a heavy whiff of musky unwashed person...did you spray that on to?

 

In any event, ManOfKent....this is getting very confusing now...Yohji playing mindgames with the money-burning weirdos that buy this shit....you playing mindgames on those poor souls in Kent who have to see this on the street...yesterday's weed playing mindgames on you...

MOK I don't like the YYPH coat, I cannot see what the fabric look like, but overall it seems to be an old trench old and it's too long for you.

they are nice washed denim.

While you make some valid points Miran, you could do so without your sarcasm or attitude.  Its simply isn't funny and for once I would like to see you actually post a fit, or is it a case of only being able to dish it out, and not take it?

Nah, it's the first one. Looks like it's pulling a bit and there seems to be only a touch of extra fabric at the hips, which suggests that it probably looks too small when you're seating.

It's a personal preference, but I think too many guys get caught up about attaining the perfect fit, which in a lot of minds, is interchangeable with a shrinkwrapped fit. Only rail-thin guys don't look terribly uncomfortable in such a shirt. Guys are so OCD about this supposedly ideal fit that they freak out over half an inch of extra fabric in the body.

I really dig Epaulet shirting and you've got a lot of the really good ones. I'd just be curious to see what the next size up looks like on you. Humor me and grab your next Epaulet shirt in your normal size and the next size up, just to see what it looks like.
