Jeans look fine to me (though were you kneeling in mud?) but I agree about the bracelet. Maybe smaller beads, if your heart's set on that style?

Miran, this is for you. Today was laundry day and as my mind was wandering god knows where I accidentally put all my lounging pants in the machine ! And so there I was, bare legged in my kitchen, watching the hypnotic spin of cloth and soap through the glass door and wondering "what now ?" That's when I had a stroke of genius, the stroke.

I rushed into my secondary closet, grabbed my uniqlo french terry sweatshirt and ...

And I'm sure you can guess the rest.

I regret nothing.

The "mud" is a bright gold (same as the contrast stitching) repair from the Raleigh factory. These have worn out spots all over; the knees are just two.

The beads: well, I was wearing a Corter untanned leather bracelet, but it usually feels like overkill with the TOJ. So I went for the beads. I was just thinking today, post-pictures, that they look out of place. I will consider them anew, though I persist in believing they have their place.

I like wearing my 6mm bead bracelets with my TOJs. biggrin.gif I think smaller beads looks a little less overkill.

I'd agree smaller is better.... but when and more important why has this bead trend become de rigueur as of late? It's like the male version of Pandora. It reminds me of old Chinese Buddhist dudes who rock multiple bracelets of huge sandalwood, tiger's eye, jade and whatever else they can get their hands on. I'm not against bracelets, I wear a stainless steel one myself that is permanently on my left wrist, but this whole arm candy thing has lost any inspiration it might once have had. Time to switch it up fellas.
