Freddie Gibbs is also good to exercise to; his flow is like a raging river that never lets up.

You keep evading whether you are Iranian, Afghan, or something else...but assuming you are Iranian/persian:

I know this is a fashion thread, but off topic--
The most important island is "Delos"...a rock smack in the middle of the Aegeo. It was sacred to Apollon, the only god shared by all the Greeks, so it was chosen as a center of Greek operations against the Persian threat. The only time the Greeks were united was to fight off the Persians. They formed the "Delian Amphicteony"...usually translated as "Delian League"...which was the model for Woodrow WIlson's "League of Nations" after the US victory in World war I. But the League continued even after the Persians (Barbaroi in Greek) were defeated at Salamis, and ceased to be a threat.
If you read your Thucydides, you'll know the Delian Amphicteony was a disaster. All the Greek states had to contribute money to the Delian Treasury, which would be spent to patrol the seas and keep the Persians out, but it was all embezzled by Perikles for the state of Athens, which supplied most of the ships, allegedly to pay for the ships. But the money was used instead on public works in Athens like everythin you see today on the Akropolis. Eventually, the Delian Amphicteony was dissolved...and the Greeks parted bitterly...and the stage was set for the Peloponnesian War (War amongst the Greeks themselves).
Just like the League of natons was a disaster leading up to World War II!

To each their own though.

Will you become the zyzz from it though?

Yeah what the fuck.  I exercise like 3-4 times a week but it's the bane of my existence, working a full day is a romp in a field compared to the trial of getting home and forcing myself to work out for 60 minutes.

same here.. running (and a few sets of pull-ups a day and some occasional push-ups) keeps me pretty defined.
I love running (and to an extent any endurance sports/ sustained cardio), but do not get any enjoyment from lifting.
granted, im naturally built to see more gains/improvement from running than i would from lifting weights.

Really? When I had a 9-5 type gig, the lure of the gym was the only thing that got me through many afternoons.

when I was in school, as soon as soccer season ended, working out and going to the gym got way more fun. My favorite workouts are my winter ski-training ones, though, where I randomly go running for an hour and a half, do hill sprints, a mile of lunges, and find playgrounds to do pull-ups and tuck jumps on, etc. I have no idea how much weight I can lift, but I doubt it's much.

I got hurt and hadn't been to the gym since early November until yesterday. That coupled with less than ideal diet resulted in a most undesirable sort of gains.

To add to the gym talk. Personally I enjoy it and look forward to going to bed sore and fucked up from 1-2 hours of lifting and or cardio. I like goals so I get it in my head that I want to look a certain way I give myself (in this case) 8-9 months and I do it. I've always been on the very tall scrawny side and I hated that so I've changed/changing it. In the end its all worth it. Like LL said, "gettin out the shower, lookin at yo self naked and loving that shit, no better feeling"

I know people eat junk food and never do sports and they are very skinny. I''m so jealous.

I just lol'd. I guess that's true. I used to do that, ran a lot of track and played ultimate for the university. Transferred schools, got a HORRIBLE hurdles coach and that ruined me forever. I hate running now. It's just so damn boring with no purpose. I only do so when yelled at by my sensei or ultimate coach.

Like others here, I look forward to the gym. I don' t know, it's great to kill stress. The scenery ain't too bad either, excluding the men. smile.gif Speaking of yoga, my buddy and I were going to try hot yoga solely for the...view. foo.gif Any experience with this?
