In the pocket shot, the pockets are part of the print but there is a little added slit above them that functions as the pocket. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

So...that's interesting and all, and they look decent in the fit pic, and it's impressive that they made them so detailed, but...it still just strikes me as gimmicky.

It's like getting into some sort of molecular gastronomy-level territory, but with pants. Or like mastering the art of faux-leather fabrication to produce something that's just like real leather, when you could actually used real leather in the first place and not have bothered with all that (and catering to vegans doesn't count as justification, in that analogy or ever).

yeah of course it's gimmicky, but that's half of the fun. satisfied.gif

the other half is that they're basically like wearing baggy jeggings with suuuper nice shirting material lining them, so they just feel incredible.

a few other cool things that are gimmicky for the sake of being gimmicky: painted gats, my reversible blazer, color changing SI Shadow jacket, etc.

clothes are fun!

It's junya bro, isn't it kind of gimmicky by nature?

@ aeglus Do you hire someone to take your picture? or do you just set the timer, run back like crazy and then strike a pose while walking nonchalantly??
The latter, but he hires a pyrotechnics expert to set and trigger the explosions he's always walking away from without looking at.

No real point, just fun.

So, to get fades like that, you need
a) skulls from 3 years ago
b) to actually wear jeans more than once a week
?

I love the look of those and Synths APCs, I just don't think i'll ever get to that point.

Denim nerds, is it flathead that fades quickly?
I wanna say that's Skulls.

Samurais fade pretty quickly, too, in case you happen to love slubby, heavyweight denim.

Or you can be baller and get Diesel Turbodenim.

I share hendrix's sentiments about investing the time in raw denim. Thankfully, more brands are catching on that a lot of people like raw denim because of the natural distressing that occurs from lots of wear. Subsequently, we're getting more options in the pre-distressed denim that resembles that natural distressing. And that's great news for people like me who like fades but can't be bothered to invest 20,000 hours of sitting on Styleforum in the same pair of denim in the quest for epic lap fades.

Bossy, as always. Maybe because of your hair.

The only thing that really kills me about raws is the bleeding. I'm sick of having a faint blue dye coating all my lighter clothing/accessories/shoes
