i had completely forgotten about that incident, that happened in what, like 2006? i can't remember where they buried them though, and i've been in maymont maybe twice since i graduated high school. i hardly get back to richmond much any more, but i have a feeling i'll be there a lot this summer once i graduate...

no. glam is not my thing. LK does well. i personally prefer his simpler fits. i am not trying to push the fashion envelope. for reference this is the fit.

Can people not quote Style Wallah? It is a fit that would be horrible by honest forum standards...worst thing on here in ages.

Might start dressing less grungy and druggy and more preppy.
i also love your style. it would be sad to see it shift towards the complete opposite. i am sure you capable of finding the balance between the two.

Fuji, if you have having trouble with low bar squatting, try doing box squats before you give up on them comepletely.
I do high bar squats with a very narrow stance actually. Might give low bar and a wider stance a try tomorrow. I'm going very low on them, I just have trouble with my knees bending inwards. Probably won't go to dressing preppy, just hadn't worn a knit in a while and I felt like wearing one and I thought it looked pretty good. Ill probably end up wearing a low cut tank, flannel and a hoodie like I do most days.

Varsity is too small and looks too small. Wear it open.

This why SW & D can't have nice things.

cez: I'm only saying this because you know I love you and your standard uniform works very well for you.

That last fit didn't work and I agree with the shoe-hate... it wasn't just the style that didn't match up. It was also the proportions. The shoe was way too slim/pointy/euro for the rest of the outfit. The look works for LK up there because he's wearing slimmer pants with a much smaller leg opening and a BoO button down. The chambray shirt and the cut of the khaki pants just screams "work wear". LK is looking far more prep there.

Fit would have worked if you either:

1. Wore chunkier shoes/boots
2. Had a slimmer, more elegant pair of chinos paired with a chambray shirt that was cut and detailed like an OCBD rather than a work shirt

Somewhat unrelated... I do like some of NDCs shoes, but sometimes they go overboard with the distressing.
