iirc I've been defending your age while lambasting only your choice of clothing. I saw a little dude in NYC a few weeks back, had to be no more than 14 years old, would style on 99% of people here... was like a lil' jkissi. Look good and no one will care about your age...

Age is important for your fit, because you look young. Aeglus can wear a suit and look like a boss, while you'd look ridiculous walking around in one. If you didn't look your age it wouldn't matter, but you have a young face so you'll have to play into that when you dress. In short, if your manner of dress is totally incongruous to the age you look, it might not work for you. EDIT: and deliciousfruit the shoes need to be broken in so they don't have that "brand new" look about them, as do the pants, but I like the jeans.

I was expanding on the idea that age, and blog, were both relevant to the critisims of my outfit. I was not saying that you were part of the group of people that have been using both of this as their bases for their arguments, but I do understand how it can read that way, let me edit that.

Also, although, personally, I do not think your age precludes the style of dress you appear to be aiming for...

It's true that a short chubby dude will never look good in goth-ninja steeze whereas a pale, tall, rail-thin guy can own it. I've had to change my face to wear the sort of clothing I wear these days (facial hair, longer hair) it's just reality of life. Don't fight it, work with what you've got at the moment, and head towards where you want to be.

But, if it isn't about age and rather body type I dont undestand why the outfit would look off in that sence, In essence I'm a tall (6') thin guy, who is usuing draped garments to lengthen his torso, while shortening his legs -something that I try to constanlty do, as my body seems to be unproportional in sertain areas.

You post here, you get discussion. You wanna be a *****, go next door. Your youth contributes to your look regardless of whatever you think. You look costumey because of your youth and as I said, a new haircut to suit the aesthetic would vastly improve the overall effect.

Yea, I just got the jeans and shoes 2 days ago, so I have a lot of breaking in to do.

But damn, I didn't know the jacket was awful. What about it looks bad? I don't have an eye for these things.

You're gonna get banned for this... I too don't think the kid looks that terrible. He's def off to a good start for a 16 y/o... just has to cultivate his look + dress more cohesively

I would love this if it weren't for the boots. they just don't go. Could be another pair of boots without the moc stitching or some sneakers and it'd look great
