Boots are great, and I generally like the wash on the jeans. The one thing I don't like is the fake crinkles distressed into the place just below the front pockets. If it was just a pair of jeans with a crazy all-over wash, that'd be one thing (and better, IMO), but the addition of fake pre-distressing detracts from it.

Random obligatory SvB comment - I don't think chinos are the best choice for you given how slender you are. Zero drape, kinda jut out from the body, you know? Your suit fits probably all have a more natural-looking lower half because the wool drapes instead of flaring. Just a thought.

Haha, I don't think it's boring but it's definitely tamer than what I usually wear, as I said it was for a challenge. But, I'm not too surprised people here like it more than my usual fits. Thanks for comments all around.
