band's are the shortest jackets i could find. I'd say band's 38s are an inch shorter in the body than apc XSs

how long should a blazer be anyways? would this one below be a size too long say? i don't mind being shat upon

what i dont even

Legit question: isn't this forum dedicated to menswear?

1. What are you implying

2. What do you mean by "meanswear"

3. No there's nothing that says girls shouldn't post

I wasn't implying anything. I have just never seen a girl fit on here before...

yes, under the "men's style" category

i don't think anyone has a problem with girls posting here though so who cares?

Shellshock has been here forever. The reason you don't see girls posting here is they either get bored and leave or get creeped out by the weird "HOLY FUCK GIRL ON THE INTERNET" syndrome prevalent in all male-dominated message boards (which is to say all message boards that don't have a pink colour scheme)

I wasn't being sexist at all. I am more progressive about gender issues/feminist than most of the women I know. My post may have sounded like sarcasm, but it wasn't. I just didn't know that SF included women's clothing.

A cropped jacket is only going to make you look shorter and broader; a longer jacket like a blazer or Barbour would suit you a little better. The jacket itself is really charming, though.

Cool shoes.

Thanks, thanks. Very kind. On the glasses front, I have about half a dozen different frames which I rotate on an outfit-by-outfit basis - the ones here I wear with more 50s-inspired looks; they're vintage B+L. I take the advice with good grace though, and in fact, I picked up a new pair of frames from the B&S forum here only today, so we'll see how they work out. ETA: For comparison, here's me with some repro 1930s round frames: And, from a while back, with some browlines (and a moustache! Hah!):

It doesn't.

I am not aware of any laws that state women can't post their fits here.

Besides, she's been here far longer than you hence her custom user title.
