Maybe it's just the stupid red white and blue beanie, but I don't know. Maybe it's the faux hipster facial hair. Also my legs look ridiculously thin to point of obvious disproportion to upper body. (Sorry to digress to health & body sub-forum talk). I don't like this anymore. But in the interest of FrugalityQuest'11 I did buy the camo for 6 dollars at antique store behind me just before the picture was taken..

How old are you, again? 15 or 16? The guys ragging on you all wore PacSun and Hollister at your age, and even now can't pull off RO leathers. By the time you're 35, you're gonna be kunking it up on the next iteration of Styleforum, complaining about the steeze-less fools trying to mix and match discount designer swag from the internetz, when you were jocking Rick Owens back in the day before it became the next Maison Marty Marjello. Continue to lurk at SZ, pull inspiration from the best posters rocking your preferred aesthetic on Sufu and SF, stop wearing polos with RO leathers, filter the reasonable advice from the hate in WAYWT, and look to develop your own individual swag by the time your father stops paying your credit card bills.
yah, you're young...just don't wear a polo under an RO jacket. It throws off the whole look in a really bad way. Buy a double layer shirt instead. Pants/jeans don't look like they fit really well, also. The shoes don't look like they are even on your feet.
for real, you're much older and at least as hopeless lol MMM hi's, way to go
Put him on ignore if you don't like his comments. Being a dick isn't going to accomplish anything.

It's not about balance, it just breaks up your vertical line and so your legs will look shorter and thus you will look shorter. If this doesn't matter to you, by all means, go forth and hi-top it up. Scott.m doesn't worry about this shiz and he looks baller.

Thanks - that's the observation I was looking for. I would wear them primarily with shorts in the S/S so this point is especially applicable.
