Well, it's basically the uniform of every white male west of the Mississippi since 2006, down to the awful facial hair and retarded earlobe stretching thingy.

I really like them. The denim is beautiful, and ROY knows his stuff. There's a laundry list of details that make me really like them.


- the loom state denim
- duck cotton pocket bags,on the cinch,and the patch.
- chainstitched outseams
- the cinch, the buckle on the cinch
- the fit
and on and on

I love socks too, but styling your shit in winter to show them off is like tucking your shirt into your boxers.

Cool the Kid now in ignore. Too many repeat "don't know the appeal of expensive sneaker/CP/etc. posts for me. Move on already, old news. I don't see how that can look better in person, but even for a beater it does not look good. I think you can do better in this department and still be comfortable, but with a more flattering fit. Might as well do a Gap jacket here. I think gray CP with gum sole dulls down an outfit too. I like the gray CPs, but it needs a white or the vintage low off-white sole to help give it more life. All gray Cps never worked for me either.

Never understood the appeal of grey/gum combo. My white and blacks are dope as hell tho.

I live in Portland and we haven't seen precipitation in days. All sun everything, 33-37 degrees. I probably wouldn't wear them in crappy weather cause the midsoles are suede.

What I did this weekend: 130 foot/16 story drop into a net, no bungee/rope This was pretty fun too. (fast-forward to about 0:30)
