Jeans are a lil baggy in the 2nd picture imo. First picture I am very distracted by wondering how you're holding yourself up

I like everything but the cardigan. The idea of asymmetrically patterned clothing scares me (except madras). Sheltered life.

The cardigan is the best thing about that fit. I mix apc with hm on the regular.

Going to a bday party thinking about wearing my dries shawl robe.

robbie, pray to baby jeebus you never look what uncontrol might call "exciting"

You could tweek the cuffs though, roll instead of huge single cuff.

I tried the roll the first few times I wore them w/ boots. These are newer (to me) jeans... you'd totally dig them BoBo, got lucky w/ them as the are 'foremost' a vintage Levis/Lee knockoff Penney's had for a while.

Interesting comparison comparison robbie, thanks for sharing. While I don't hate the new robbie, I like the old robbie better.

I'm curious what you attribute your change in look to. The influence of the forum? Have you gained weight since then? Started a different job? Hanging out with a different crowd than before? Or maybe just have a different outlook on life in general?

Not trying to be noisy. I simply find it interesting to try to understand why different posters choose to dress the way they do. For example, how much of one's style is inherent in their personality vs. how much is determined by the influence of others?
