They're 991 which is a taller boot or combat hoot height.

But seriously. That setting is creepy.

Go to Wonderful Foods on Irving and get the regular milk tea with boba, or the lychee milk tea with boba.

Boba is supposed to taste like tea?

But really, thanks. I'll check out that place next time I'm anywhere near that neighborhood.

(serious answer) Not the boba itself, though some places do flavor it. Jasmine flavored boba is very yummy, but I haven't found many places that do it. But I grew up with Cantonese food, so I have a strong dislike of milk tea that is too milky/sweet. Wonderful's milk tea, even though they're run by Taiwanese people, is pretty strong, though not quite HK milk tea level.

One of my favorite eating combos is to have lunch at San Tung (damn that wait tho), then drive over to Wonderful Foods on the other side of 19th Ave. You won't be disappointed!

San Tung is the spot. So, so good (but only the dumplings and chicken wings)

Thanks for the boba rec... will check it out.

Just read today that eating an NYC bagel is the equivalent of eating half a loaf of bread.

Every pair is different so my guess it's not those exact ones in that picture, I wouldn't really worry about it if anyone was thinking of getting those.

It's just that particular shade gives them the appearance of bread… I'm just kidding around. I would love some Guidis just not in the market at the moment but those are definitely cool.
