Gotta copy that. Thanks Fuuma.

To add a few suggestions re Paris:

-Les Planches in the 1st is another good night spot (go thursday for Au Bonheur des Dames)

-Pierre Herme for best macarons in Paris

-Jacques Genin for chocolate and pastries

-L'As du Fallafel in the Marais for the best falafel you've ever had

I would also highly recommend getting the "Food Lover's Guide to Paris" app by Patricia Wells for offline, gps-enabled search and reviews of great restaurants and food stores all over Paris. I used this every day when I was there for a few months.

Yea, boots would work well with that fit. Should of copped some of ssense's sale, they had a lot of nice footwear options.

TBH for restaurants I mostly copypasted something I had sent by PM to a member. I didn't put much in the way of serious/high quality eating, just places in the 5th and some decent Marais hangout. Not going to start a huge paris restaurant thread but if you want some higher end eating just let me know.

Les planches is where you go when you're underage but can buy bottles, I'm assuming tirailleur doesn't want to experience this. Music in Paris usually sucks unless it's Le Rex or Concrete. Fashion week parties or people hang out at the three (exclusive) places I mentioned. If you are used to american clubbing keep in mind people arrive after midnight and leave at 3-5.

Typical fascist week evening planning:

-Eat at whatever
-Go drink at Charlot until 12-12:30
-Go out to where the party is held

ah man thanks guys.

After looking at my schedule seems like I might only have only one day for leisure. I will definitely try to fulfill all these before I leave.

Yeah, I've got my eyes on a few things but finding stuff that fits isn't all that easy. Had to return some MMM sidezips because they were too big :(

Definitely go to a Moroccan and a Vietnamese restaurant.

Dunno if this is ironic but those two being former colonies, moroccan and Vietnamese can be really good cheap eateries.

It's not ironic, it's the same thing with Indian food in England.

Wasn't planning to. After almost 10 years it's become an institution.

Totally agree. I've always been a fan of the Frango's and it's tough to beat their One Day Sales.

This is in no way a dig at you, Fumma, it's just a bad reference that only people over 25 years of age from Seattle will get.
