Stitches I think this is my favorite from you, textures look nice and I like the more rounded toe.

Stitches: Rumpled pose all the way... brings that coat texture to life. One of my favs from you as well.

Hung out with @keanswon yesterday, but by the time we were acquainted it was dark outside, so sadly no double-all-Geller fit pic.

I like the scarf. thumbs-up.gif

@in stitches It's less the pose, I think, than the fact you have a lot of new clothes and you're still breaking them in. Wabi sabi will come with time and wear, welcome it. In that particular fit, fwiw, I'd wear a different shirt to go tieless like that - a blue chambray or maybe a subtle plaid would be my preference.

the-arm-- that's exceptional.

e0d-- the nikes seem kind of blobby and out of place in the otherwise more refined fit. have you thought about boots or derbies instead?

melo-- i really like the layering and all the colors (including the scarf) up until the boots, whose color seems to clash a bit with the rest for me. maybe some greyish-brown or black suede boots would tie things together better? (EDIT: i see i'm in the minority about the boots. probably just personal preference. carry on.)

stitches-- that looks good, the blazer especially.

those boots work so well with the sepia jeans…

also, melo's room is a museum space of Geller pieces!

i kind of wanted it to look chunky and blobby, the hem of the kolor pants is quite wide.

just arrived. the jacket for the 48 fits sorta big, haven't tried the pants on yet.

ssense gets a 1/5 from me, though. they shipped the suit poorly, in a smallish box, and its really wrinkled/creased now. they didn't even include a hanger for a $2k suit.
and, unless the black version of the suit didn't have it(even though there is a spot on the inside of the jacket for it) they forgot to pack the strap that goes across from the shoulder to the buttons, which is sort of a big deal

for reference

anybody who also got this, can you let me know if the black version is supposed to have the strap?

If that's a VISVIM x Faliero Sarti, there's one for sale right now on Sufu.

thanks, gents. appreciate the feedback. the more rounded toe suits me well, i just wish i liked more shoes that had a rounder toe. the marlows are one of the few i really like.

well, the pants, shirt and PS are pretty darn new, but the shoes i must have worn 10 times and ZOMG the jacket is like almost 2 years old!!!1111!!!1 but yeah, that is a good point. hard to get a lived in look with stuff that is not in fact, lived in.

something like a blue chambray or OCBD would be my go to shirt for this type of look, but i really wanted to do an all brown fit, and i thought the raw/slubby cotton of the shirt would be cool with the fuzzy jacket. im a sucker for textures. sadly, i do not love them the plaid shirts. checks are as close to plaid as i can handle on a shirt. at least when wearing stuff that veers more towards dress-wear than street-wear.

most importantly, thanks for the pointers.
