I can't take another 15 page war of attrition so I've put on the diplomacy coat. :p

(Not that I'd ever need to watch my words with stitches since he's got his act together.)

I could be wrong but your fit might look better, not that it doesn't look good of course, if the color of your shirt and jeans were reversed so your top and bottom halves don't look so colorblocked and the cream would accentuate the stark more. I'd hem the jeans too, I have four pairs of jeans I need to take to the tailor myself.

thanks. that might be better, but i own neither olive jeans nor a white tee, outside of my hanes undershirts. so this is what i am working with for now. anyways, i kinda liked the idea of the hard contrast, but i do see what you mean.

I think this is fantastic. The only thing I would ask for (and you probably see this coming) is more rugged boots. I'd keep the cuffs on the jeans, too.

thanks, stanley. much appreciated!!

yeah, i know more rugged boots would be better, but i couldnt justify buying boots that will get so little wear. yet. for now, i think these work well enough for my SWD needs, while still being usable in some more casual MC contexts as well. certainly better than any shoe i could have chosen from my collection for this fit id say.

i plan on cuffing the jeans, but they are rolled over way too many times right now. what is the normal amount of times to roll over so i know how much fabric to leave for cuffing?

2, I'd say. At least that's what I do when I cuff. Unlike pretty much every other dimension, I got lucky with inseam as I'm a true 32" inseam regularly and most jeans are done with a 34" inseam, so it's the perfect length to roll twice.

Although I think some of my dress trousers are more like 31" for that no-break look and AGHHHH  IVE JUST GONE CROSSEYED
