Well the shoulder seam isn't as important especially if designed at an angle like that on purpose, opposed to how much extra p2p space which we can't tell with his arms down.

i like that slightly slouchy loose look in that nn fit.

Inis + Rota from NMWA

The color of the Rotas looks much better in your fitpic than on NMWA's site.

seems kinda too samesame colour w coat and pants, stitchy - IMO diff pants colour would break it up a bit more slash "better"

toasty - I think that look you posted is cool but I imagine that black and white image is actually meant -in colour - to be black and white. nomsain? beiges (wow that word looks weird) don't really go with black IME/IMO - I think the sneakers could work with the top half if you have a more gradual transition to them through the pants if they were like a darker heathered grey, off-white/dirty cream colour/umm some kinda dull grey, or something less contrasty than immediate black.

Tan on tan only works if you're tanned.

a fair point, i wondered that myself. i think it does look good, but more contrast would be nice.

it was also a bit of a practical decision. its effing cold out, and my navy topcoat is too formal and the windowpane peacoat is not quite warm enough for this weather.

thanks for the feedback.

oh, chinesealpha, I AM SO VERY TAN THO!

I just have an aversion to tans and beiges and taupes, generally. if it was like black on black or grey I'd be like yeah that's cool

laugh.gif fair enough. i love beige. i would live 24/7 in this coat if i could.
I don't mind the beige but I think the sweater is too dull in color if it was darker I think it'd be a lot better.

Practical considerations aside, Stitchy, the tans are too close. Like the pants and sweater together, though.
