i am going to forecast and say it is too small for you cyc
I think my size 40 will be too (I'm a usual 38), but will not look short like teg's as mine is a long 6A. At the very least I can bum around at home with a warm Aran knit
sad. he shouldn't have sold it. they have a lot of stretch in them due to the weight. it's like armor though - blows SNS out of the water.
That may be so, but I also figured it wasn't the kind of knit I want in my wardrobe anyway. It didn't get nearly enough wear, and I'm glad I'm putting $$$ toward something that I've at least tried on before and that will work much better with other things I own.
Besides that, I kind of realized I don't want an armor-like knit. There are other knits cardigans I've seen now that I prefer, even if they aren't as warm.
sorry teg, those nikes are ugly and completely incongruous. "i'm comfy" is a shitty excuse for a post on an internet fashion forum, otherwise i'd post fits in my sweatpants and slippers.
are you drunk? those nikes aren't ugly, they're amazing. black montreals on a lunar sole. nike puts more 'design' and thought into their sneakers than 95% of fashion brands, and comparing them to slippers is retarded. there's a reason lots of people on SF buy flyknits and frees, and it's not because they're buying into the hype. extremely comfortable, stylish and versatile. i know you're all in your workwear niche, but you should know enough about clothing at this point to recognize nike for what it is - a marketing juggernaut that dominates its market like no other clothing brand in the world. look at how their sneakers have evolved over the last 5 years, and look at everything else. it's fine if you disagree with their inclusion in the outfit, but completely missing the point (and the place nikes occupy) is something else.
