i don't venture much outside the 100k pullup thread but you should join in there too, I average 4-500 a week and sometimes fok and I ramble on about weights/fitness. Someone in there said that I lift more than 95% of the people in the random health thread

Haha, I lurk that thread, never really post. I try to get in about 20-30 pullups, certainly not 500 a week. What are your main lift #'s, I could tell you if that is true or not, have a pretty good idea of the average #'s from the folks in the thread.

you should post, it'll motivate you to do more

90s on shoulder, 115-120s on flat bench, 100s on incline, rep 225 on flat bench barbell, 205 on incline barbell, 240-255 seated cable row, 200 dips (20 x10 sets), 245 squat, 185 on deadlift which i suck at bc i don't do very often but will work on this fall

pm me if you want to discuss further so as to not shit up this thread anymore than i have already

the essence of the "jet" tee is the fact that there isn't a high quality decent fitting t shirt on the market. high quality is defined as having soft, maybe pima cotton, perhaps blended with some kind of viscose material (to achieve a nice bodily drape) and decent fitting as having some taper without having 15" chest for a small.

if someone would make the above and not charge an arm and a leg for them it'd be greatly successful, imo.

lol v you are so full of shit no way your deadlift would be that toddler like if the other numbers were accurate. those number make zero sense. if you used 100lb dbells for chest you'd be benching 315 minimum. the squat is also what my 13 year old does for football.

Is Kunk's 13 year old stronger than me? Fuuuuuuck

I believe those numbers, with dumbells you can move like 5" and call it a rep.

If someone rarely deadlifts, I wouldn't be surprised to see their deadlift numbers below "normal".
sorry. i have him squatting 265 and deadlifting 225. in fairness he is close to 14.

regardless do you know what a person's body would look like with those variances in numbers. all my numbers make sense; 425 bench, 515 squat, 515 deadliest, 315 military press, etc. they are all in league.

i agree on the material being nice but they could use a more relaxed neckline and some taper to the body.

He would look like Drake with those #s and that workout.

dbs is where i'm strongest why is that so hard to believe, i can bench 275 but since i only do that a few times i didn't put that number up plus i don't really do maxes for one rep

there are a bunch of high school kids who dlift more than me so I'm not surprised, but that's all they do and they don't look like they work out so i'll take appearance over strength
