I took my lobb and compare to your picture found it is so similar. every the stitches. Carminas are nice shoes, last time I was in HK I forgot to visit the store to check it out. What is the last of your shoe? Is that Simpson last? Can you comment the fit and sizing of Carminas, compare to Lobb 7000 last. I may want to order one buy unsure about sizing. Thanks.

I read that thigh mass is the single biggest predictor of frailty in old age; ie the sturdier your thighs, the more ambulatory you are, and the less likely you are to die prematurely from hip-related disasters. For that reason, it's the most important area to bulk up while you can.

inca last. They're european sizing, exactly 1 full size down from my US size. But if you email the guys at the armoury they'll be able to give you more sizing info.
