I know, I really don't know why I bought this tbh. I got on sufu really drunk one night and nicelynice had been trying to sell this for like 3 weeks and he kept marking it down, and I couldn't bear to see it not sell, so I bought it. It's actually a touch too big for me so I'm passing it along to someone else tomorrow I think. I studied it over though, leather jacket research.

Tim Hamilton leather jacket TOJ shirt

Glad it made it there safely, seeing that makes me wish it fit me again.. damn my shoulders I actually got a hold of Tim himself to ask if he made any in a smaller size (nope), and if I could wash it to shrink it a little bit (not much), but he apologized that the sizing was a little larger, considering his stuff usually runs pretty small. Was a really nice dude, he offered to trade me a smaller size until he realized I had the smallest size

yeah it's an odd cut IMO. Good for fuller figured dudes but not as great on skinnier guys because of the softness of the calfskin used, etc. If it were a really thick stiff calfskin, it'd work in this cut for me, and I could probably layer it out with sweaters and stuff, but it's thin and light and so it seems a little counter intuitive to do that. I think it's like s2s-18, p2p-20, sleeve -24.5, front/back 21.5/23.5, sleeve width about 7" at the bicep, I can tell just by putting it on once. The widths are a good solid M but the length and sleeve length are more suited to an S, if going for a skinnier guy cut. Most people who wear an S don't have 18" wide shoulders though, they're at 17".

Nothing against anybody, but I can't believe this thing was $2400 retail. I feel like you sold it to me for cheap nicelynice, but if I saw it in a store I would say it's a $1000 leather jacket and nowhere near a $2400 one. The TH 'lazy X' zipper configuration is cool, but construction wise and ****, I wouldn't even be able to sell it as a $400 jacket new if it were TOJ, it's just not at that level of detail nor well-rounded pattern. The lampo zippers are nice, the two little Italian snaps are nice, but the leather is soft but really nothing of note quality wise, and the lining is odd. Not bad for the price used, but I really can not imagine someone seeing it in a store at 2400 and going in on it.

I've eaten like 4 meals today. 2 were fast food Chinese, 1 was a pasta dish (sup ajchen) and just a second ago I had to add a little sour cream to my guacamole because the avocadoes weren't ripe enough. Killed 5 tallboys of swill and a half bag of chips for that. Still hungry, could go for a bacon double cheeseburger or two. Would probably weigh in about 128-129 lbs right now.

Don't you just hate it when people don't get that we don't "try" to be skinny?
