If it didn't hang like a cylinder/tube around your body. This is more a problem than the length. Arms too long, shoulders, etc. You need a smaller size.

Ok,
It fits pretty snugly around the shoulders, but I guess the arms are a bit long and there is too much room if I grab the front and pull. I just found this in my room. Was something I'd never thought I'd even put on.

The fit is hard to judge from your pic, but it looks a bit boxy (full and straight) in the midsection. Maybe that is what you want. Edit: Listi's got it, it just looks too big in almost every dimension.
