Yeah, they actually fit pretty decently with insoles since the toe box is so narrow and the arch is so low, they're just made from a very soft sheepskin that I'm sure will stretch. My girlfriend wants to me to keep them, since she has the same boots, and she thinks that's "cute"

Jeans are Uni-qlo T-000 stretch ones

This is what I was talking about in the PM. The tuck working for your proportions and build. All you needed was the belt. Excellent.

I think the fact that the shirt isn't completely pulling and folding into your waistband makes this look right.

I KNEW having a belt would make your fits 10x better, and I am definitely happy to see you finally rocking a nice tuck and showing off a killer belt[IMG]https://www.styleforum.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Happy to see someone who's obviously been trying hard having success!

thanks guys.

Listi was it you who first recommended unlucky to me? whoever it was, it's a shining example of how great a resource this forum can be. $55 for a thick as **** belt, arriving in new zealand just over a week after i first emailed him.

Also, I borrowed the colour combo from a recent Aeglus fit. So basically the inspiration and the actual pieces all came from the shared knowledge of SF.

And it's not even about SF approval. Anyone could see that this fit is way better than any of my previous fits.

Hendrix finally nails it! Congrats dude, fit looks perfect. I might suggest either a hem, roll or cuff on the jeans, but that's just personal preference. nicelynice, the boots don't look big, and they're awesome. if they're not uncomfortable to wear with an insole, I say keep em.

I have a nice pair of boots that are, I believe, basically the same material and they've stretched out at least a half-size. If I hadn't sized down they would be unwearable. On an entirely unrelated note I may be in the market for discount Guidi's in a large size.
