Had to get slightly dressed up today. The reason the hem on the coat is uneven is because its basically a single breasted coat that had a button added to its side. Coat: Alexander Mcqueen Shirt: Dolce & Gabanna Jeans: Raf simons Shoes: Churchs Bag: Bally

It looks like you put together a nice modern outfit then threw on a classically inspired designer piece (the coat). Sorry for being blunt but that's the instant reaction I get from the outfit. The shoes go with the coat well but I would switch the jeans for pants and put a layer underneath the coat such as a navy cardigan or turtleneck sweater (which I think would go great with the collar detail of the coat). The shirt's not bad either but it might look odd if the coat was unbuttoned so I'd probably go for something once again fuller cut and maybe in like a cream white. I realise this would drastically change the fit but I can't see the coat otherwise working with your aesthetic.

I will get a rick one day, it'll probably take a couple of months of saving. I love this fit, btw!!

I like the black too. But seeing how it's nearly summer it can look rather afflicted, especially on a warm sunny day.

Only problem is I have never seen much Rick stuff available on-line in size XS outside of Japan.
Nicelynice, is your RO leather size S or XS?

^ There's a few floating around in the B&S markets and some of the Smalls fit like XS. Seeing as I need 16" shoulders / 17.5" in the chest for jackets it is a bit difficult.

I'm usually not putting on all-black outfits until 5-6pm in preparation for the night if that makes any difference.

Looks good robbie. But I keep wondering if it were buttoned up would the cut on the pants be too full relative to the tight fitting blazer? However I may be overly biased towards slimmer looking pants after spending so much time looking at pics of Lad and other slim fitting Japanese suits.

I like the 1st pic, but not the 2nd-- the coat looks far better when carried as an accessory than when worn.
