this is how I remember DC -- basically straight from winter into summer. I didn't have much use for spring season clothes.

although it seems early for 90 degrees.

fwiw it is 53 in Seattle.

idk i always though its ok ....especially when you grow up in the city you see that a lot , especially with the younger guys 18-24

Good fit, everything works harmoniously. Though that is not exactly beach, beach area or 'beach town' wear. Nice scenery though.

It's fine, but worth mentioning that double blue items are definitely far less subtle than other combinations. A more washed out red is easier to pull off with blues. Greys with a red that bold will make a softer aesthetic. And so on... just imo...

Get the brake off that ****. What are you, a *****? Are those tats just for show? Agree that blue shoes are too much, but upper half is fine methinks, if a little over the top. Dark red seems a difficult color for pants. It brings me back to middle school, and bright red Abercrombie cargo pants. KS, stellar look - best one yet (subjective, of course) - even if it is a tad out of place. But that just makes it cuter.
