Sardines definitely. If you're into California rolls and that stuff one day I tried a california roll in a bowl so you just mix rice with a little bit of sushi vinegar then you add all the california roll ingredients in there like avocados and crab stick and cucumbers and all that stuf and top it off with a little japanese mayonnaise, maybe a little soy sauce it isn't enough flavor for you. Also get some whole grain mustard. that stuff can make a lot of things taste good. Kraft mac and cheese stuff with whole grain mustard is like some gourmet shit.
