Would love to, but isn't Saigon a ways away from Burma?

Hope it's not something in the water . . .

But I'll take what I can get!

I really want to visit Burma...my parents all the way to my extremely white-washed cousins have been, and go every 1-2 years. I hear nothing but good things.

Slightly off topic, are there any other Burmese SFers? Being a fashion forum it would be nice to know that other Burmese people know how to dress, being that 99% of the Burmese I know dress like thugs. Ha.

I know I stumbled upon this thread pretty late, but hello! A fellow Burmese SFer here. Been on SF for a couple of years (mostly reading, and posting randomly). Living in Singapore for 3 years and now making a move to Saigon!

I've actually been looking into trips to NK. They just opened up and US citizens can go in outside of the Mass Games timeframe, though I think the Mass Games are when I'd want to go. It's hella expensive though.

I'd love to go to North Korea, have to go everywhere with an official tour guide though, I thought Burma was the same but apparently not from this thread?
