Jay how much will the BOM004 shrink when washed?

BOM006 is almost there. I could not decide between tapered and skinny, so I am doing both. It is a Grand Indigo type fabric and we are still finalizing a few details that are a little more challenging than originally thought.

And the mystery continues.  Jay, I vote you don't release any details until the 006 is available for purchase on the store.  Keep us salivating.

We just re-did the measurements and got them updated. Can you take a look at the measurements again? The fit is the same as BOM004, measurements are very similar but not exact as they are a different production run and different fabric.

I expect his head on a pike

Wash in cold and air dry and it will not shrink enough to notice.

Hey Jay,

Do you think you would ever do a shell patch like Context? I love the way it looks.

Maybe, but I have a few other more creative ideas.

(despite the somewhat awkward image) - Fit on those look REALLY good. Congrats.

really? i feel they look huge. look at how low theyre sitting even with a 10.75" rise

I feel myself leaning more and more towards this type of fit. Not baggy, not quite antifit, but not slim "all-up-ons" anymore. Just personal taste.

And even with that measured rise (based on my experience w/ the JapanBlue taper), they sit lower than you'd expect. Think that fit will be nice and comfy for a long time.

Thanks I'm very happy with these. I like my jeans to look like jeans not yoga pants. Bonus pic

He looks to be wearing them a little lower than intended.

I've also been wanting a black denim for a while.  Wouldn't get nearly as much wear as my other jeans, especially since I probably couldn't wear the battle stripes to work.  These aren't quite black but I feel like they could almost fill that void in my wardrobe until they start fading a little bit.  What do you guys think?

Japan Blue: Introducing a new denim....."Zimbabwe + Memphis" 14oz selvedge.

The fabric is a unique blend of 100% Zimbabwe cotton for the warp yarns and 100% Memphis cotton for the weft yards. Zimbabwe cotton is incredibly soft, pure luxury, and fades fabulously. Memphis cotton is very durable, rough, and has nice texture. By combining the two cottons and controlling the tension, the resulting fabric is one that has a soft hand and smooth surface with a touch of slub and a lot of character. It is also a fabric that will fade extremely fast (much faster that the vintage series 0200sp, 0201, 0700sp, etc.)
