Wow, that looks SO nice.  I thought I was done with buying jeans but this is giving me second thoughts.  Great job on the collab, nice modern tapered fit too.

How does the denim drape?  Since it's less crisp (obviously due to the silk) than your average raw denim, do you still get nice structured stacking/honeycombs/etc or does it drape more similar to softer fabrics (like twill, non-raw/washed denim, etc).

Dealt with BOW twice (overseas, Swe) and they (Jay) not only delivers but goes that extra distance to work things out! Amazing customer service both when it comes to orders and general fitting tips. Hands down the best place I've shopped.

No offense, but I hope the dollar stays low for a while longer...decisions.gif

+5 on the praise for Jay. I've had a couple recent purchases and his responsiveness/assistance couldn't be better.

There will be nice stacking and homeycombs. The fabric has enough crispness to settle.

This will not be a daily wear try to get super fades type denim. This is one for comfort and luxury feel. Great to throw in the rotation for occasional wear. Use it for trips, special occasions, pair with a suit jacket, etc. You can wear daily, but I would not recommend using daily if your idea is biking in them, doing yardwork, construction, etc. Save the heavy wear for a different denim.

For what items are you asking about? If you are talking BOM004 they are online now.

About 4 months in on my Japan Blues.  Really dope pair of jeans.  Don't think I can ever go back.

Did you get the momo collab pair? Got any pics smile.gif I'm curious to see how the denim on Japan Blues wear.

^ I think it's just the Japan Blue one--there are no battle stripes.  I believe the denim is really similar tho.  Blue inseam thread.

I'll put pics up when they get more faded.  I've had them for 4 months, but don't wear jeans daily, so considerably less "wear time".

I really dig the denim tho, 1 wash in and completely broken in, it's really nice.  I crack a smile everytime I slide them on.

Nice to hear you're enjoying them. I'm contemplating between the Momotaro 0705sp or the JB collab ones; is there a vast difference between the two? I heard that the collab pair falls behind in terms of construction and fabric, hence the price difference.

Suggestions for a BOM005:

Sanforized left-hand twill, w/ midnight warrior stripes, patch, and denim (aka reg. indigo), in the 400 or 700 fit. . Pink selvage line on outseam, but Blue inseam stitching (ala Japan Blue).

Let's make it happen.
