At the bottom is the a certain brand or style. I really like the look. Lol. Thanks.

Google selvedge and raw denim and you'll be on your way

I'm guessing that I would buy them in a shorter length than all my other jeans.....LOL

So I just saw that Nordstrom will be selling these Wolverine 1K boots called "The Adrian" starting their Anniversary Sale. I'm kind of disappointed in a way. This new model looks just like the McClean boots from last year except with a rubber sole. I was hoping they would change the look up a bit more but I guess they didn't. I'm not really tempted to buying these since I already have a pair of 2015 1K McClean boots in brown and the 1K Courtland boots in black. Bummer 😕

Longer to account for shrinkage and so you can roll them up to get the perfect cuff just above the top of the boot biggrin.gif

Yea. Buy them longer. I'm a 30 length in general but I wear 32 when I cuff by jeans and wear Wolverine 1K Boots

I like the looks of those brown ones, when are those coming out? I'm no too familiar with the Nordstroms sales

Also, sorry for the double post, I'm on mobile so I can't edit my old one- but does anybody have recommendations for a service to resole my black 1K mile boots? I've had them for 2 years now and the sole has taken a beating and is starting to show the stitches.

I believe it's a Nordstrom Exclusive and it should come out like a week before their Anniversary. So like any day now since their Anniversary sale is the 22nd of this month lol

The Wolverine 1000 Mile Adrian Cap Toe boot. I was right, looks just like the McClean from last year except with a different sole.

The 360 degree welt on those indicates they're made by Alden & on a different last than the the orig 1000 miles, yes?

Could be Allen Edmonds, they've made some past models for Wolverine.

Bought a pair of 1000-Milers last year from a going-out-of-business sale at a price that was too good to pass up. As I live on an island off the Gulf Coast of Florida, I have no use for winter boots.

Can these be worn as a casual dress boot with chinos in an office application, or is this strictly a heavy-duty/winter boot?

Love the look of these, and I'm trying to decide if I can actually use them or if I should send these along via the popular auction site.
