Here they were about a year ago. That sole was useless

They should have come with these soles or a Dainite from the factory. I'm still waiting on a re-sole on mine, but when I do, I think a commando will make them way more usefull/practical.

Hey fellas. I had a quick question, so I recently just ordered the wolverine rockfords because the regular 1ks didn't have ny size. Which of these boots are better( durability, comfortability, and versatility) I like the rockford but I just feel like they look a little strange and I feel like they would age as beautifully as the 1ks. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Just purchased a pair from a seller on ebay for $200 shipped. They seem to be in good shape for the price.

Color of these looks to be Cordovan correct?

Hmm really? Rust is the color I originally wanted. They don't look like rust in person at all, but I guess that can't be wrong.

I like cordovan color more than rust, black, tan and brown.

You can use cordovan color with black jeans, blue jeans, white jeans,...

I like cordovan a lot as well. I am really not sure what to think though with the color of these. They don't look like rust or cordovan in person. Closer to brown, but even then they don't look completely the same as brown either. Might just send em back and find the pair I want.

For comparison

Rust on left, cordovan on right.

Nice. Thanks for the pics. Mine are definitely rust after seeing that. Looks like Cordovan is what I actually want.
