I know a lot of times reps will show up with a few style with them to show off, and at the least a new catalogue. I assumed, this is what you meant when you said you saw the new line of boots. Makes sense that it’s a little early for the new season.

It sucks that Revolve and OTF aren't allowed to do the discount anymore. I'm just glad I was happy to to get in on it while they were doing it, because I'm not sure I'd have bought it if I had to pay full price.

Hello Mr.....,

Yes, I would be able to honor the discount, however, it would not include the complimentary shoe trees. In order to receive this discount, place your order online and then email service@onthefly.com with your order number and let us know so that I can adjust the discount manually.

Sincerely,

Jade Le

Hello Mr.....,

I have adjusted the order to reflect the 30% discount. Thank you for your order!

Sincerely,

Jade Le

Is this before or after they tell you they are the floor model or 2nds?

I could give two ... about the stock shoe tree's I have enough. BUT why they don't have them is the much more important question.

Good luck with these and post some photos after some polish and wear!

I didn't care about the trees either. The boots look great. I think I just got in before they got wise. I placed my order 2-3 weeks ago.

You should at least be able to get the On The Fly 15% off moving sale deal for the next few days, plus their 10% frequent buyer deal.

But it sounds like someone above got the 30% off!

Yes. His feedback is rock solid the boot has the authentic tag and the box is the same one that I received. Pull the trigger.

I ordered the Rockford, which seems to get no love on this site, from this guy 2 days ago, according to ebay I'll get them between 8/10 to 8/23 but I haven't heard anything from the seller and I don't have a tracking number. I sure hope they are legit cause they are still expensive (to my wife).

I looked on the "On The Fly" website and saw the Montgomery's. In the second thumbnail, they show the one I saw:

http://www.onthefly.com/product/wolverine/montgomery-boot/27796

However, the product codes in the boot description on the site doesn't mention anything about the grey. Does this give you any more information to help tell us about the leather, etc?

Another thing I noticed is that these boots had "1000 mile" stamped on them, but on the Wolverine site they aren't listed in the "1000 Mile" category. Website is just a mistake?

The boots are full grain leather and are part of the Garrison Collection. They are not made in the USA. The 1000 Mile Collection is the USA made collection that uses various Horween leathers.

Looks about right, I really think anyone trying to keep these as dress boots for more than a week or so is just kidding themselves...
